within the respective industries.

Understanding your needs and requirements is of the upmost importance. As consultants we want to add value and not compete with you on the requirements you have.

Success Management:

The dedicated Account Managers and Consultants will continuously be available to discuss the progress of our sourcing with the Internal Recruiters or Hiring Managers.
When working on your positions, CV review sessions, the candidate’s feedback from interviews and always our complete honesty will be provided about the candidates we are working with.

Valorem Search will constantly advise on the market, supply you with competitor analysis where possible. Honesty is the best policy to reach the end goal of filling your placements.

Continuous Improvement:

Valorem Search will meet your demands to make the recruitment process simple. However, we understand certain situations can arise in which we will do our best to improve our processes to make sure they work for you as the client. 

One size does not fit all, our Consultants have the experience to be flexible and adapt to changing situations. Communication is key in Recruitment and has to work both ways.
