Qualification Call
We begin the process with an in-depth qualification conversation. This is the perfect time for Valorem Search to understand what you are seeking in your next career step. Our trained consultants will then be able to provide ket details of the job opportunities we believe are best suited to your profile.
Meeting
At Valorem Search, we highly value a face-to-face meeting with all candidates we plan to submit to our clients. This meeting can be in the comfort of our offices for privacy or we will be happy to meet candidates at a convenient location. This meeting generally tends to be no longer than 30 minutes but it gives us the ability to fully represent candidates. It also provides you as the candidate with the confidence you are going to be working with trusted and fully trained consultants.
Feedback:
You will always be provided with constructive and detailed feedback on the progress of your applications. This may be CV or interview feedback, trying to book in the next stage of the interview process or a rejection. You will be kept updated every step of the way.
Interview Preparation:
The cliché saying of ‘Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail’ always comes to mind here. At Valorem Search, we will send you with as much information for you to prepare for the interview as best as possible. This will then be followed up with a call or meeting to prepare you for the interviews ahead. You will be given a true understanding of what our clients look for and interview techniques that have proven successful countless times. The is where our expertise shines through.
